3 Life Saving Skin Hydrating Products

Hydrating Skin Products

My skin has always been a little up and down, I have an oily t-zone and forehead but dry areas in places as well and it does my head in. I was never particularly good at creating a skincare routine which I stuck to, and I’m still not. I do my best to remember but a lot of the time I just can’t be bothered *naughty me*. Over the past six months or so I have been spending a lot of time pushing myself to make sure I take care of my skin as the more I creep into my late twenties the more I know I need to. There are three products though that I don’t know how I’d love without and surprisingly they’ve been purchased in various Sephora’s, although you can get them elsewhere.

Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask

I picked up this in Sephora this summer as it worked out so much cheaper than over here and my god is it amazing. It’s so hydrating – hence the intensive name – and it smells incredible. When my skin is feeling particularly dry or in need of a bit of TLC I always reach for this and cover my face before bed. It isn’t greasy and dries relatively quickly so I don’t ruin my bedding *phew*. I know this is going to get used so much in the Winter when the harsher weather kicks in.

Tony Moly Panda Sleeping Mask

I’m going to be honest. I only bought this in the Copenhagen Sephora because of the cute panda packaging. I had used some sleep masks before I really liked the idea of letting something sink into my skin as I slept and against all odds the one with the cute packaging has been one of my favourites. I tend to use this when my skin needs a little pick me up but nothing too crazy (for that I’d use the Origins mask). It sinks into the skin really well and always leaves my skin feeling hydrated and fresh.

Belif Aqua Bomb Moisturiser

I have already raved about this before in my top Sephora haul picks but I had to mention it again. I’m always keen to find something which is super moisturising and picked this up on the wording of ‘aqua bomb’, surely it needed to have plenty of moisture?! The cream is a little thicker than my usual moisturisers but it’s really creamy and doesn’t take long before it sinks into my skin. I have noticed a big difference in the condition of my skin after using this.

I must admit, I don’t use any! Can you believe it? I’ve recently gotten heavily into face masks so if my skin gets to dry this is something I might start having to use.

  • Origins is great isn’t it. For hydration I love a facial oil – currently using Clarins but I like all sorts.

  • I love that little panda … i would totally buy it too if Id seen it :)

  • Laura

I’ve just got the origins mask and can’t wait to give it a go xxx

That panda packaging is just to die for, I have never heard of a mask that you leave on overnight, need to do some more research and try one!

  • Sounds like some great products for those with problem skin. My top tip would be to drink more water and to make sure to include plenty of essential fatty acids in the diet. Nourish from the inside.

  • I love the look of the panda sleeping mask, so cool. xx

  • I love the sound of the sleeping mask, am going to have to try this x

  • I saw some of those sleeping masks when I visited Sephora. I’m definitely intrigued!

  • Hannah Heartss ❄️⛄️

That panda one is so cute – I want it just for the packaging haha

  • I like Origins too, they do a great selection of masks.
Aveda have a good one too, the name escapes me for the moment, but that you put on and in the morning you are all fresh!
I have tried the Laneige one, prefer Aveda and Origins.

I love the sound of that Panda Sleeping mask, (and the look of it – it’s so cute)! I could really do with a little pick me up routine using something like this!

  • I would definitely have bought that panda for the packaging too! Never used a sleeping mask myself so will have to check that out :)

I love the panda! That says a lot about how much packagings work! I have never tried the brand Origins and I really should! I mean, it’s super famous and I hear great reviews everywhere!
