After experiencing my first Trek America tour in April heading to Hawaii I have been a little bit obsessed with them and have been pouring over the website far more than I should have been. I think they’re a great company and they do so many awesome tours so what better way to get some Wanderlust than to do a bucket list of tour’s I’d love to do?! After camping last tour I think I’d love to do a BLT tour which is the Budget Lodging just to see how it compares.
The Westerner 2 is a trip along the West Coast of America and while I’ve been to most plaves before they’re all places that I’d love to re-visit. Starting in LA you travel down to San Deigo, The Colarado River and Grand Canyon before heading on the Route 66 to Vegas and Death Valley Naitonal Park before heading to Yosemite, San Francisco and the California Coast back to LA. For me California will always have a special place in my mind because it was the first place I went to in the States.
The Atlantic Dream tour is two weeks long and takes in a mixture of places I’ve been to before and loved such as New York and Washington but also combines the bits from the Deep South that I’d love to do along with ending in Orlando and Miami, although if I did end here I know I’d just want to head back to Disney as that’s a dream trip for me.
Deep South BTL
The Deep South BLT trip was the trip I almost did instead of Hawaii because it was only a week or so long and it fit in date wise around Easter. The trip takes you to a whole host of places that I have never been before including Nashville and Memphis where my family have been a few times. They’ve always raved about those places and I feel as they have a strong connection with music that they’d be a perfect home away from home for me.
For me one of the great things about the Northeastern BLT is that is covers both Northern America but also some of Canada as I have loved Canada every time I have been there. The trip starts in New York and hits up Niagara Falls which is my favourite site in the world before travelling into a few places in Canada before turning around and heading back to New York. Although it can be a pain needing both American and Canadian dollars I think you experience so much seeing the differences between the two parts.
This tour is probably the one which is most unlike me as it’s an adventure tour full of white water rafting, treking and horse bike riding. I love to push myself so the Mountie sounds amazing as it’s full of plenty of National Parks and within the 12 day tour there’s only one place I’ve been to before and that’s just the starting and ending spot in Vancouver. I could imagine camping out in national parks and by lakes being super beautiful.
Ecuador & Northern Peru
Now for something totally different in South America. The Ecuador & Northern Peru tour looks amazing and it’s something so unique compared to any of my previous travels. I’d love to head to Latin America so this 14 day tour full of cities, colourful markets, beaches, hiking and adrenaline adventures looks like the best combination.
