Geek Wishlist | June 2016
I make a lot of impulse purchases (usually surrounding beauty products) but I think Wishlists are a great way of putting together the things you really want to give you something to aim for. Amazon and Ebay wishlists are all well and good but this is a more visual way of showing them. This time I have opted for a geek inspired wishlist because I seem to be spending more money on these kinds of products recently.
I have a bit of a Pop Vinyl obsession now and it is becoming a little unhealthy. I have so many which I’d love to add to my collection but the top ones on my list are Jack, Sally and Zero to create a better Nightmare Before Christmas collection. There are so many versions of Jack and Sally that I don’t really know where to begin, but I’ve seen there’s a Hot Topic exclusive one which I am going to see if I can pick up next month. I’d also love to grab the Piper and Alex Orange is the New Black Pop figures as I am totally in love with this TV show.
Like a true geek I am slowly expanding my comic book collection and would love to add the Deadpool Collection to my Marvel books. Deadpool is one of my favourite Marvel characters and I know I’ll love this comic. There are so many other comic books which I’d love to add to my collection, and if I had my own way I’d own them all. The Watchmen has always intrigued me so I’d love to add this graphic novel to my collection. I also found out recently that there are Edward Scissorhands comics *shocked emoji* and with my Tim Burton obsession I know what they need to be mine.
I stumbled across these mega cute USB sticks and I really really want one because you can’t have enough USB sticks (and my current ones are pretty damaged). I think I’ve narrowed it down to the Chewbacca one, but everytime I look I discover more amazing ones which I want. Going along the Star Wars theme I found these super cute R2D2 stud earings which are so adorable and sterling silver.
Now I saw this Sally dress in Hot Topic a few years ago and regretting not buying it the second I left so I am going on a hunt for it this year. It looks sold out online but who knows what I might find, if not I’ll be trawling around online looking for a version which doesn’t look too cheap and nasty. I have so many mugs but could not resist adding this super cute Deadpool mug to my wishlist as it’s just so sweet!

Great wishlist, I am loving the Edward Scissorhands theme going on there.
I’m still struggling to realise why liking super heroes or comic book heroes is geeky….. I grew up where geeky meant super smart. There’s a company that sell super hero stuff especially for kids and it called geeky kids….. I just don’t get it. I love all of your suggestions, great choices.
I like the Deadpool mug, though the more I look at it, the more I see someone with REALLY bad sunburn wearing a bikini top lol

You need to read the Deadpool comics they are amazing and how funny was the film? One of the best comic book adaptions I have come across.

I have just spent a good half hour or so on the Pop Vinyl website just lusting over everything. I have a list the length of my arm of all the ones I want. My sister has a couple of the Harry Potter ones but she always has a wishlist of them too
