Are you a Gulf War veteran? The conflict that was triggered when Iraq invaded Kuwait back in 1990, saw thousands of soldiers deployed into the Persian Gulf. Many of whom died in service and others who returned found themselves at the mercy of many debilitating medical issues, a culmination of which has been identified as Gulf War Syndrome.

These unexplained and often chronic symptoms were first reported by Gulf War veterans, and thankfully they’re fully recognised by United States Department of Veteran Affairs as something that should be supported and compensated for the thousands of sufferers throughout the country.
