Making Socks Fun With Chattyfeet
Socks are that thing that I shop for but it doesn’t usually excite me. But when I was given the chance to pick out two pairs of Chattyfeet* socks I felt like a kid going through the Argos catalogue at Christmas. After browsing the website I settled on Miko because it had skull and crossbones on it, and Meggy. The colours of all of the socks are really vibrant and definitely on the fun side of sock shopping!
The socks themselves have a slightly silky texture which makes them super soft and really comfortable to wear and the designs are so exciting, gone are the days of wearing just plain black socks. Size wise they come in Medium (4-8) or Large (9-12) and being a size 8 I wasn’t sure if the medium would quite be big enough or that they’d be pulling but I needn’t have worried as they fit perfectly. Wearing them all day the socks themselves were really comfortable and didn’t leave that annoying elastic mark around my ankles like some socks do.
The socks retail at £7.50 a pair for adults and £5 for children’s but you can buy gift sets for £23 (or £26 for children’s) which for a pair of socks of this quality is great value.

These are super cute and it’s good to know they fit bigger feet well – I’m a size 8 too and often find 4-8 socks are too tight 🙁

I’ve seen a few bloggers talking about these socks and they seem really good. Interesting socks are a subtle way of expressing ourselves when we are constrained by strict uniform! 🙂
