Space Saving Hacks From Holster

Holster

I don’t know about you but I’m always running out of space around my dressing table and with my makeup area so when ever space saving hacks come up I’m all over them. When Holster got in contact with me and offered to send me across a beauty pack* I jumped at the oppurtunity.

Holster offer two sets of tidies, the beauty pack which includes tidies for hot hair styling equipment, makeup brushes, tools and other accessories. They also offer a hobby pack to tidy up hot glue guns, pens, scissors and other crafty things, but you can use them for pretty much anything. I chose the beauty pack which included a Lil’ Holster Mini which is a shallower tidy, the Lil’ Holster Skinny which is perfect for hairbrushes and longer items and the Hot Iron Holster suitable for curling irons or straighteners as it is heat resistant.

Holster Storage

In a world where most people rent because owning a home cna be too bloody expensive it can be hard to put things up on the wall or make too many marks so the thing which intrigued me when I read up on the brand was the fact that they can grip any surface and require no adhesives. Normally you get these claims but they aren’t completely true so the first thing I did was to try out the Holster holders on pretty much any surface I could and it stuck to them all: tiles/ glass/ cabinets and they can stick upright but also over the edge of cabinets so they can pretty much go anywhere.

They also have small holes in the bottom meaning moisture can escape so if you use them for toothbrushes and other items which might get wet. There’s a whole range of colours and sizes which mean they can fit into any room.

They do look handy – I see that they come in different colours which is good as I think black is a bit utilitarian for a bedroom.
