AD- Items in this pampering gift guide have been provided in exchange for inclusion but all thoughts and opinions are my own
I am pretty sure I start every single gift guide in the same way year after year. But how are we at the time of the year that I’m publishing my gift guides?! I’m a little scared at how fast this year is going, but it’s my absolute favourite time of the year. For the next 9 or so weeks it’s going to be festive fun and joy all around. This year is probably going to be a little different for a lot of us as things are a bit tighter. Some people may be limiting present buying which is absolutely fine. These guys are here to provide inspiration if you are buying gifts.
I blooming love an experience gift which is why I opted for the indulgent spa day* voucher (From £119) from BuyaGift. Next May me and Luke are spending a week in Scotland after our wedding so we’re going to use this voucher as a little indulgent treat while we are away. So it’s a great present for Luke, but I also get to benefit from it.
I think experiences are such a great present to gift as it’s something that can be booked weeks or months in the future as something to look forward to. It can be kept for a special occasion like we’re doing, or just for a time when you really need a pick me up.
There are loads of different spa and pampering experience gifts you can pick up. But if that’s not quite right there are food and drink experiences which I think you can’t go wrong with, or a short break away. Or maybe the person you’re buying for would appreciate an adrenaline filled experience.
When I think of indulgent haircare I’m always brought back to Philip Kingsley’s elasticizer deep conditioning treatment. It was one of those products I remember getting in a beauty box so long ago. And I’ve been obsessed ever since. It’s so incredibly rich and nourishing, but doesn’t leave my hair greasy like some other treatments do.
This there Philip Kingsley have two beautiful haircare kits out; body building jewels* (£49.50) and moisture balancing jewels* (£49.50). The body building jewels set is featured in the photo above. And the moisture balancing jewels kit is already in my shower being used.
The sets are a great thing for either a seasoned Philip Kingsley fan, or someone new to the brand as it has a full kit to use. Each set comes with a full size shampoo and conditioner. Then you get an elasticizer deep-conditioning treatment. And finally another serum or treatment depending on the set.
And the kits are such good value, with RRP’s of £83, so you’re getting a long of bang for your buck.
I love gifting people practical items that can be used and people need, but more indulgent versions than they’d probably buy for themselves. And this ARRAN hand care set* (£30) fits right into that need.
This particular sets come in the beautiful grapefruit and green leaf scent which is so energizing. Fruity zesty scents are my go to and this one hit the perfect note between zingy and fresh, and not too overpowering. Plus it’s a big win when the scent lingers after you’ve washed your hands.
The set comes with a full sized hand wash and hand cream in a beautiful gift box. ARRAN Sense of Scotland have committed to reducing packaging to improve their carbon footprint. One thing they’ve done is all of the boxes are fully recyclable.
When I think of pampering I’m drawn to indulgent baths and face masks. But you can pamper yourself on the go.
It’s suddenly gotten quite cold which is when lip balms are a must. The Dr PAWPAW mini nude balm gift set* (£10.99) is a great little present to help keep you hydrated and nourishing. I love the fact that they’re so multi use as they’re not just lip balms. You can use them on the rest of your skin and even your cheeks if you want a little glow.
The set comes with the classic original balm alongside a peach pink and a mocha brown balm. The peach colour is my personal favourite as it has such a subtle colour.
It isn’t just your lips that can get chapped and dry in the winter months, hands take a beating as well.
Having tried a lot of different hand creams you’ll be hard pressed to beat SEAMS hand cream* (£16). It is fast-absorbing so great for on the go, and it’s non-greasy. The cream features 10 natural ingredients which help mend, moisturise, nourish, soften and soothe hands. And it even conditions your nails which I love. I get quite dry chapped skin around my nails and this always helps.
You can get the hand cream in a few different gift sets including one with hand and nail oil for the extra luxury.
After having an implant for a lot of years I’ve only just started getting periods again and things have changed a lot in the past ten years. There are so many sustainable options available now to avoid having to use single use pads or tampons. And period pants are the one I’ve been favouring.
This may seem like a less obvious gift choice, but it’s something I know I would appreciate. These Pretty Polly period pants* (£21) are great choice to keep you comfortable during your time of the month. They’re elasticated around the top for comfortable and as absorbent as up to 3 super tampons. And it’s treated with Ceravida Fresh which is an anti-odour agent. This will last the entire life span of the product.
There are a few fits and colours to choose from, the dusty pink being my personal favourite.

I am all for pampering gifts, I am also a huge lover of SEAMS hand cream and always have this around.
Brilliant gift ideas, I do love getting pamper things for Christmas, I have never thought about period pants though.
Pampering gifts can be so lovely especially if like me you rarely get to pamper yourself. I’m looking to improve my hair’s appearance so the haircare kits would be ideal.
I love these types of gift guides as it helps to see what is available and to get ideas of what to buy. Lovely idea I love receiving pampering sessions.
I don’t think you can ever go wrong with an experience gift. I would love to receive one and pick the location where I want to use it myself.
It’s also good as you can combine it with a trip away as well x
I love a good experience day gift, I remember I actually won a Hotel chocolat day at the Shard through buyagift. It’s such a brilliant company! They have so many varieties you can choose from as well, depending on your budget! xx
Oh wow that sounds amazing x
I love the idea of the voucher so someone can use it as they wish!
This is a great selection of pampering gifts. I could definitely use a hand cream set, as my hands get so dry in winter.
Some really great pampering treats. I love Arran from Scotland products, so I would choose that one as my favourite.
There really are so many options available now. Women today are luckier than I was, for sure.
I love to buy my sister and mom pamper gifts. Thanks for saving me some time this year. These are all so great!
Glad to be able to help x
I love Buyagift for pampering ideas . If anyone wants to get me a spa day from them that’s absolutely fine ! 🙂
