Viktor & Rolf spicebomb fragrance

Items in this gifts for him guide have been provided in exchange for inclusion but all thoughts and opinions are my own

Happy six week’s till Christmas everyone. Even just typing that feels quite mad, but time just goes quicker and quicker. Luke’s going to be heading up to the loft this week to get our decorations down and I can’t wait to start making everything look festive.

This week my gift guide features seven great gifts for him, although the gifts of course can be for anyone.

Gifts for him to smell nice

Aftershave is a pretty go-to present when I’m buying for my dad, and he loves trying new things. One of my favourite scents is Viktor & Rolf’s flowerbomb, so for my dad I’ve got Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Infrared (£85).

This is an amber spicy scent, and the infrared scent is inspired by infrared technology that detects body heat. I love the combination of red fruits and red pepper as it gives a lighter edge to the spice while still retaining the heat.

Perfume Direct supply some of the biggest fragrance and cosmetics brands at affordable prices so are great place to check out if you’re looking to buy a scent. They have loads of brands on offer if a spicy scent isn’t his thing.

DKNY joggers

Something comfy to wear around the house

I was never a jogger type of person until the last few years, but now I appreciate how comfortable they are. Plus in the colder weather they can keep you warm and cozy around the house.

These DKNY jersey lounge pants are really comfortable yet still look smart enough that it doesn’t look like you’re in joggers. They have red stitching around the waist and cuffed bottoms so your ankles won’t get cold. Plus they’ve got side pockets so you can carry around your phone, or some snacks without any problems.

Star Wars villainous

Gifts for him to play during the festive period

I think games are such a great Christmas gift as it gives you something to do together during the festive period. We’ve got a few versions of Villainous but mainly from animated Disney shows. So this Star Wars edition is great for anyone obsessed with the franchise.

Each player takes control of one of five Star Wars characters: Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, Moff Gideon, General Grievous or Asajj Ventress to play as. During the game you move to a different location when it’s your turn and use cards combined with where you land to fulfill your unique win condition.

A lot of fun for the cold dark evenings after Christmas.

Edifer earbuds

The gift of music

I couldn’t be without a good pair of noise cancelling earbuds, and the Edifier W320TN’s (£99) are top tier. These buds are comfortable, fit really well, have great sound and last a good amount of time. There’s 27.5 hours of battery life over the buds and their case, but if you run out you can speed charge for 10 minutes to get an hour of playtime.

The earbuds have adaptive active noise cancellation where it uses ear-matching technology to detect your unique in-ear shape and generate tailored noise reduction suitable just for you.

I can’t wait to take mine on holiday with me in January as they’ll last our long travel days, and all day around the pool.

Phillips one blade 360

Beauty gifts for him

The Philips OneBlade 360 Flexible 5-1 shaver and trimmer* (£49.99) does a lot. The trimmer comes with a 5-in-1 adjustable comb and a click-on skin guard and body comb so it can be used for more than just a beard. Not that Luke would want to cut his beard of, but he could as this shaver is fine on longer hair too.

The 360 blade can flex in all directions so it adjusts to the curves of the face making it easy to shave harder to reach areas.

Gifts for him toffs football shirt

For the football and rugby fan

My brother is a big Chelsea football fan, but I’d never be able to buy him a football kit as I’d have no idea what I’m buying. But that’s where TOFFS come in. They sell more than 1,000 retro replica football and rugby shirts for a bit of nostalgia.

I picked up the Chelsea FC blue and white polo* (£47) which is a simple royal blue polo with white cuffs and the retro Chelsea FC crest used by the club in the 1950’s.

They have shirts from pretty much any football or rugby team you can think of.

BiGDUG garage organisation

Get some organisation in his life

If like us your garage is always in need of some organisation then this BiGDUG Christmas mega deal* (£179.99) may be a great Christmas present for him.

We have a few BiGDUG shelving units in our garage and they help get things off the floor and slightly organised. And the bins can help organise stuff further.

The set comes with a shelving unit in blue powder-coated steel at 1.78m in height. Then you get 10 bins that can be used to organise items, and are fully stackable. There’s a matching blue workbench as well alongside a Perfo panel that can be mounted on the wall with a pack of five hooks to hang tools on the panel.

Finally the set comes with a tool box featuring an internal tray and organised. Perfect for keeping all the hand tools tidy and together.
