Ultimate Asos October Haul

Over the past few weeks I seem to have made so many Asos orders it’s unreal, every time I go on there a different saved item is in stock again so I have to rush to buy it. And with Autumn here in full swing I felt it was time to buy some new clothes. Check out what I picked up.

Dr Martens Lite £105

During the winter time, I tend to live in my Dr. Martens boots but the traditional ones can be quite hard to break in and I find that sometimes they still hurt my feet so they’re just not practical for longer journeys or days out which defeats the whole object of them.

The lite versions which were released not that long ago and are not quite as chunky as the originals which works really well as with size 8 feet I don’t need anything to make my feet look bigger than they are.

Miss Selfridge boots £59

As soon as I saw these boots I knew I had to buy them as the embroidery on them is absolutely stunning and they have studs and straps which makes them super on trend. For the price, they’re a really good price for a practical pair of boots which can not only be worn day to day but also dressed up for the evening with black skinny jeans or a dress and tights.

They come from the Miss Selfridge collection on Asos and to be honest it’s not a brand I’d have instantly thought of when it came to boots which was a pleasant surprise.

Velvet cat cross body bag £18

Next up is this super cute black velvet cat bag. I don’t have a lot of evening bags and in all honesty, I don’t really need more as I don’t go out in the situations to need them but I couldn’t not buy this bag as there’s a gold cat face on the black background.

It’s a really good size to fit money, your phone, lipstick, and the essentials and I can’t help but smile every time I see it.

Floral embroidered bag £20

I use shopper bags quite a lot especially on holiday when I want to take some things with me to the pool/ beach/ spa, or when I actually go shopping so I picked up this one because unlike a lot of shoppers it has a zip *hoorah* and it’s right on trend with the beautiful embroidery.

This is actually from the Boohoo range but I couldn’t find it on the brand’s own website.

I then went and bought three tops, one was this distressed Bad Religion top which was on the sale within the curve section of Asos for just a tenner. The curve part of Asos is so underrated and I absolutely love the variety they have. This top is a nice comfortable fit and looks great with skinny jeans.

Next up is yet another embroidered item which comes in the form of a black and multi-color floral design. This is just a really basic pretty everyday top which I know will be perfect in the colder weather when I am layering up everything I own.

Finally, there’s a top which isn’t pictured which is a black chiffon print top with gold embroidery and slightly belled sleeves. It’s really beautiful and is one of those multi-functional tops you could wear to work but then also dress up with skinny jeans and ankle boots to go out. Minnie Mouse sheet mask £3.50

I absolutely love sheet masks but once they’re on they all just look the same but this Minnie Mouse mask is amazing as you can literally transform yourself into looking like the Disney character when you’re relaxing during your beauty procedure.

It’s a reasonable price for a sheet mask and for the added novelty factor it’s perfect.

Another novelty sheet mask but come on this one will make you look like a cat, what’s not to love?! There are quite a few sheet masks in the Pretty Animalz collection so you and your friends could all go for a different one for your next pamper evening and look awesome!

Asos beauty box £12

The final item which I picked up was the Asos Beauty Box. I had no idea that these existed but a quick search online tells me that there’s only been about two released. Yes everyone is doing beauty boxes but the great thing is the Asos one doesn’t have a subscription, you can literally pick up a one-off box whenever you fancy, and you can see everything inside before you order. I chose to order this as there’s an exclusive Beauty Bakerie liquid lipstick included in a special Asos red shade. Having used the brand before I know they’re great quality with really good lasting power and just for this alone it’s worth £12.

Also included is a BOD Everyday Boost Body Sorbet, a Mini Alpha- H Clear Skin Daily Moisturiser, Mini It’s Skin Power 10 GF Moisture Serum and Mini Pureology Strength Care shampoo and conditioner.
