If you’re anything like me then you probably have wish lists and saved items on so many websites that you can’t keep track of. For me, Etsy is one of those that I have masses of items saved. From cards and pins to homeware items. I absolutely love reading wish lists and realized I hadn’t done one of my own for ages. So I thought I’d share some of my homeware items saved on Etsy.
As we’re going to be buying a house next year it’s so important for me to find homeware items which are both good quality and will last but are at good prices. Etsy can be such a mixture of cheap items and larger high-quality items which I really like.
I have a slight obsession with shelves and have already bought a few to spread around our future home. And these large hexagon shelves look so nice as they’re made with quite a thick edge so they don’t look thin and flimsy. The wood is also such a nice colour so would work really well in a room which is quite light as they’d stand out. I love how customised they are as you can change the colour of the wood and the colour inside. This means I could have a copper finish if I wanted which I love the idea of. Link here.
I’ve already bought a ladder shelf which was on offer in Asda and I love the idea of having wooden crates at the very bottom or underneath. Pretty much all the crates I have seen have been really expensive so I was pleasantly surprised to see these. The reviews look really positive and the quality of them and they’re quite plain which is nice. A lot of the ones I’ve seen in stores/ online have had branding or white paintwork on the sides. The great thing about these is if you wanted to spray/ paint them you could. Link here.
We’re not big hot drinks lovers so I don’t need to have masses of mugs in the house. But the few I do have for guests or the odd hot chocolate need to look really nice. I love anything which is galaxy print so as soon as I saw these I fell in love with them. As they are hand painted every single one is slightly different which is really nice. And you can choose a blue or pink colouring to them which is nice to have as a mixture. These are the kind of mugs which would look really nice on open shelving in the kitchen and I know guests would love them. Link here.
We set up my aroma diffuser in our bedroom a few weeks back and have absolutely loved having it on. When we move we’re going to be looking to get some extra ones so we can have one in the bedroom and one in the living room. And I bet I’ll end up with one in my office too. This wooden one looks really smart and due to the cylinder style shape, it doesn’t take up a lot of room. This one has a pretty good water capacity of 100ml which would cover 4 hours. This is a great size for the living room as we’d mainly have it on when watching movies and in the evening compared to our bedroom when it’s on while we sleep.
This diffuser works with all essential oils so I can use what I already have without having to buy anything extra. Link here.
I am a little obsessed with round mirrors and know I want a few of them in the house. This one has a rope style hanging handle which I think looks really smart. I’m thinking this would be more of a hallway mirror for us to create something as you first walk in. The size is just right for this kind of space and would add a lot of light to the front of a house. And for the price, this is really good value as others I’ve seen are £80-90+. Link here.

I love all these choices, but I have a thing for wooden crates at the moment and seem to find myself slowly getting more for around the house x
oh my goodness those hexagonal shelves are beautiful and would certainly be on my list!
I have been looking at defusers recently and have several in my amazon bag and still havent actually bought one. Not sure why! lol
I couldn’t be without mine now, we sleep so much better when we have the lavender oil going x
I love those shelves! I don’t think they’d work in my house sadly!
That’s a shame if they wouldn’t work x
I’ve never actually used Etsy but it looks like you can find some great things on there. I will have to check it out as we do need some items for our house!
The diffuser and hexagon boxes are high on my etsy wishlist too, I am debating on which to get first.
Definitely the diffuser, having ours makes such a difference in our bedroom x
I don’t actually use Etsy that much – I really should as I love homemade and unique items. Those hexagon shelves are lovely.
I love browsing Etsy, so many lovely things to find and covet.
I love those shelves and that mirror! Geometric is a massive trend right now that I’ve tried to adhere to in my new room – as well as being more minimal – but I still can’t stop buying anything rose gold from Primark haha! I do love Etsy thought as it’s nice to support independent buisnesses and it’s all unique too x
I am 100% the same with anything rose gold, I’m such a sucker x
Love homemade. Those selves are so my style, love them plus they are a great price x
Love homeware. Those shelves are so my style, plus a great price as well x
Those hexagon shelves are the thing of dreams, so many possibilities of how to use them
I visited Etsy for the first time this week. I love it.
