Three Beauty Treatments I’d Love To Try Out

This is a collaborative post- but all thoughts and opinions are my own

I am pretty low maintenance when it comes to beauty treatments. When I need my hair cut or coloured I go to my hairdresser’s house which cuts down on cost. I’d love to get my nails done every month but I can’t justify it so only get shellac done in a salon when it’s a special occasion. Although I did get my eyebrows threaded and I’d love to do this more often. And it was such a long time ago that I went on a sunbed that it’s barely worth mentioning.

I have been looking into treatments though as it’s always nice to have an idea of what you’d like to do if I want a little pampering. Here are some of the beauty treatments I’d love to try out.

Coolsculpting

Coolsculpting is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction. The Coolsculpting System cools the fat in a controller way which can reduce the amount of fat you have on the areas treated. The fat gets frozen away through Cryoliposis and is disposed of through the body’s natural digestive process.

Unlike other fat removal techniques, you don’t need to diet or exercise as the fat cell walls are permanently destroyed. Although personally I think I’d rather do it in conjunction with a healthier lifestyle.

Losing certain areas of fat can be tough even with a good diet and exercise routines. So Coolsculpting can help with that.  Pulse Light Clinic offers the treatment and you can have your consultation and treatment done on the same day. I’ve been to Pulse Light for laser hair removal and I always think it’s nice to go back to the same places you’ve been to before.

Eyelashes

Lash lift

I have seen so many people get eye lash lifts lately and it’s really made me want to give it a go. Fake eyelashes aren’t for me as I can’t put them on properly and I find them heavy on my lashes. But this would help make my natural lashes look 10 times better. You can get a lift and curl, and even a tint on your natural lashes and it tends to last for about 8 weeks. This would be great for me over the Christmas party and New Year period. Plus my birthday is in mid-January so it would last until then. Or it would be great before a holiday when you’re not planning on wearing much make up.

Sunday Riley Ice Clear Facial

I am a huge fan of facials and they tend to be one of my spa treatments of choice. So knowing there’s a facial which uses solely Sunday Riley products gets me pretty excited. I’ve not tried many of the brands products but what I have has been great.

The Ice Clear facial is a purifying and balancing treatment to give you clearer and smoother skin. There’s acid treatments, masks and gentle extractions to begin with. And then you get a CRYO therapy face session to reduce the look of redness which sounds great. I get a bit of redness on my cheeks so anything to help this sounds great. The rumours are that J-LO has one of these machines in her house. So if it’s good enough for her then it’s good enough for me. Then the treatment finishes with a Blue Light LED treatment to help improve breakouts and prevent future blemishes. I’m sold.

Coolsculpting is definitely something I would like to try alongside a healthy diet and exercise. I’d also definitely consider a lash lift as my lashes are so rubbish!

I have LVL done on my lashes fairly regularly – it’s amazing and you should definitely give it a go.

These sound like some really interesting treatments, I have to admit I am so out of the loop with beauty treatments these days that I haven’t heard of any of these before and honestly I love the idea of them all.

My mummy is the same and is low maintenance when it comes to beauty and looking after herself in general, shed like to get her eyebrows and eyelashes done x

I’m pretty low maintenance too, I get my nails done every 3 weeks, that’s it. I’d love to try a facial, I’ve never had one and have heard they are great.

These are really interesting treatments! I’ve always wanted a lash lift! I think they really open up your eye!

I think more than any of the others I would like a lash lift. My eyelashes are quite tiny and I have seen so many people rave about them. Though if I’m honest Coolsculpting is a close second!

I’m keen to try the coolsculpting, my local gym and spa offer it and they always seem to have offers on. I get a lash lift done every 6 weeks and it’s so worth it! My lashes look so much better lifted x

The cool sculpting sounds intriguing! I went for a facial and back massage yesterday, it was lovely
