Even if you only get six hours sleep a night that’s over 40 hours you spend in bed every single week. And for most of us it’s a lot longer. 

When I got my first flat I slept on a pretty rubbish mattress and I wondered why my back would ache regularly. And it wasn’t until I changed my mattress that I realised how much difference it can make.
