Can you believe that on Sunday it’s December?! It feels like it was only September a few minutes ago and now I’m wrapping up my Christmas presents. I am feeling pretty prepared this year and am getting into the festive spirit, watching all the movies and blasting Michael Buble on full blast. For me though one of the best things about this time of the year is the food. There’s so much great food from all the savoury buffet nibbles to the cakes and sweets. And even though I’m trying to be good I know I’ll end up indulging quite a bit.

I’m looking forward to spending Christmas at home (I haven’t been home a lot over the last few months!) and celebrating the first Christmas with my boyfriend x
I will be spending it with my family and i am most looking forward to seeing my children’s faces on Christmas day
This year we are hosting Christmas and that means we get to spend Christmas with my gorgeous new niece, Summer. The parents are under strict instructions to put thier feet up and we are pamepring them xx Merry Christmas everyone!!!
I am most looking forward to visiting family & friends. We have a job which requires us to work all day, every day which makes it difficult for us to have a social life. We will be shutting down for 2 days this Christmas so its going to be nice to actually spend some quality time with our friends & family.
we rarely have the same day off work, so tend to be ships in the night, so it will be good for us all to spend time together x

Christmas Day dinner as my sister and BIL are coming over from the USA and we don’t see them very often. Means we will be 13 for Christmas lunch which we haven’t been for a few years. Then I abandon them all on Boxing Day and go to the rugby.

I always have my family come and stay for Christmas, I usually cook for at least sixteen ! They all land on Christmas Eve and we go to the Pantomime in the evening. The walk home from that , particularly if it is snowing is always magical as we walk through the park which is all lit up with fairy lights 🙂
We are very excited to meet our second baby, due on Christmas day 🙂 though hoping they don’t arrive on the day itself if I’m completely honest :p
